JENS LAURITZSON

Board Member, CEO

Deal maker and leader with one of the strongest networks of mobile industry contacts developed over the last 20 years. As a pioneer & entrepreneur there are not many things he has not seen in terms of mobile games. Before joining Flexion Jens worked for several mobile games and content aggregators in Europe.

PER LAURITZSON

Board Member, COO

A positive thinker and true problem solver, Per has +15 years of hands-on experience in the web and mobile start up space. Per has been instrumental in building up Flexion's organisation from scratch, setting up and recruiting for offices in London, Stockholm and Budapest. Before joining Flexion, Per worked for the Trade Section of the Swedish Embassy in London where he advised technology companies on how to be successful in overseas markets.

ANDREAS MAC MAHON

CPO

A multitasker and out-and-out doer. Andreas has driven Flexion's product offering since the company's inception - guiding the offering through a decade of mobile ecosystem evolution. Beyond his engagement in product strategy and delivery, Andreas has architected Flexion's successful bid for €1,9 M EU grant funding. He also leads the company's ongoing patenting activities. Andreas has been in the mobile gaming and content space since 2005.

NIKLAS KORESAAR

CFO

20 years within banking, fund management and start-ups in London and Dubai. Started within the shipping & offshore space generating, structuring, documenting and closing real asset investments on both project and corporate level at banks and the world leading fund Tufton Oceanic. Niklas left the space in 2010 to work with start ups. He joined Flexion in 2014 to build up the finance team.

Result oriented and P&L driven commercial leader with over 10 years’ experience in the Games industry. Victor has been spearheading new business opportunities and building teams to accelerate growth. Before joining Flexion he successfully managed teams at Spil games and Hachette Filipacchi, creating sustainable growth while pivoting businesses to web and mobile.

ALESSANDRO
MANETTI

Head of Finance

Alessandro has over 15 years of experience in delivering accounting and finance to the very highest standards across a number of industries, ranging from insurance and financial markets to high-tech. He has a proven track-record in helping businesses reach ambitious targets and lead these to excellent performance. Prior to Flexion, he worked for the likes of BNP Paribas and cutting-edge innovative 3D Systems. Alessandro joined Flexion Mobile in 2018 with a true passion for tech companies and he has quickly become a key player in Flexion’s post-listing success.

PETER ZOLTAN
TAKACS

Managing Director of Budapest Office

Peter is a senior engineer with over a decade of experience in various segments of the software industry. At Flexion he was part of the team that successfully developed the patented enabling technology which makes Flexion a unique and leading player in game distribution. He spent several years at the HQ in London before moving back to Hungary where he set up Flexion’s development office in Budapest. Besides running the Budapest office Peter is also responsible for all R&D activities within Flexion. Prior to joining Flexion he worked for large international and medium-sized companies like Morgan Stanley and AdNovum where he delivered high-end security solutions for banks and governments.
